Problem:
The “Open with Windows Explorer” feature for a library no longer works on your SharePoint site
Cause: We usually put the company SharePoint site in the Intranet Zone.

For some bizarre
reason, MSFT decided that in IE10 they are going to force Compatibility View on
all sites in this zone.
Solution:
In IE, go to Tools> Compatibility View settings:
